the staff is always smiling and genuinely helpful. the pool needs more shade areas.

Big rooms good price.

Upon check-in, I faced a frustrating situation. The staff was inflexible, and although one colleague helped sort it out, this experience left a sour impression overall.

Great room with a flat-screen TV. Gym was open 24/7. Wi-Fi was spotty.

The beautiful lobby with golden accents made me feel like royalty, and the spacious elevators were such a relief for seniors like me, ensuring we didn't have to huff and puff moving between floors!

More seating in common areas would be lovely.

The staff really stood out. Vinay and Subhash provided outstanding service throughout our stay , making us feel at home. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse range of options that catered to everyone's tastes. Enjoying the city view from the room added a charming touch to our mornings.

Loved how my room had a good desk and super shower! The rooftop pool and sauna were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. Just wish the Wi-Fi could've been a bit more reliable. 😊

The deluxe king room I had was spacious and spotless. Breakfast stood out with a luxurious array of options, from English to Asian cuisines. I felt relaxed during my stay. the reception process felt a bit clumsy and lacking warmth. I mentioned issues like missing towels and the inconsistency in the room service. I requested extra bottled water but was surprised by the 15 dhs charge for each one. Even as a regular guest, the overall attention to detail could improve. Highlights were definitely the room size and delicious breakfast, but the service aspects could use some refinement.

The bellman, this guy Edgar, he really knows his stuff! he not only helped with my bags but also shared all the best local spots, even scored me some tours.

Yeah, not exactly pricey, but it was good enough for what I got.

Staff were very accommodating, and breakfast offered a range of options, though some got depleted quickly. Location was convenient for the airport.
